From 10 am - 3:30 pm you can treat yourself to a relaxing and inspiring day.
Outline of day's activities:
Morning Yoga: An accessible practice to help you be present for the day
Forest Bath: Walking with the group or on your own and soaking in the beauty of the area
Dance connection: Learning new moves to help your mind and body to stay tuned
Lunch: Catered by Chef Mike Maddin
Creative exploration: No artistic training required — just an open mind
Afternoon Restorative Yoga For All: An accessible practice to end our day on a warm note
Sound bath: A delightful meditative sound immersion with singing bowls and more

Cynthia McQueen, Yoga Teacher
Cynthia McQueen has been a yoga teacher for seven years, and a student for nearly 20 years. She certified as a prenatal yoga instructor when she was pregnant with her first child. Since then, she’s completed over 500 hours of Hatha multi-style yoga teacher training, and had another little one along the way. She is happiest bending so she does not break, and learns more the more she teaches. For her, yoga is life. Yoga is her happy place.

MJ Crawford, Sound Healer
MJ offers a transformative sound meditation session using a harmonious blend of instruments. With a deep understanding of vibration and energy, she creates an immersive experience designed to promote relaxation, balance and inner peace. Sound meditation connects you to your inner wisdom and vision, and is an excellent way to meet you where you are. Sound and silence will hold you and provide space for you to just Be.
MJ is a Certified Sound Practitioner and is also certified in Sound Therapy and Sound Healing. She became a Shamanic Practitioner in 2005 and a Reiki Master in 1998.
