Let’s Warm Up Together

In this video, you’ll find two different warmups. They can be used together or separately. Both are under ten minutes long. While both are accessible to every body and everybody, the first is slower, gentler, and simpler. The second is for the more advanced yogi. The advanced warmup can be adjusted by simply skipping over the poses that may be beyond your level of practice. As always, focus on what you can do, and if you’re feeling strong, give it a try. Take a few deep breaths.

Imagine you are on the beach watching the sun rise. Breathe in and out like the ebb and flow of the waves. Release the space between and beside your eyes, around your ears, and your jaw.
