From 9 am - 4 pm you can treat yourself to a relaxing and inspiring day.
Outline of day's activities:
Morning Rise and Shine Yoga: An accessible practice to help you be present for the day
Learning: All about your pelvic floor
Forest exploration: Walking with the group or on your own and soaking in the beauty of the area
Lunch: Your choice from a menu of healthy wraps and bowls provided in advance
Creative exploration: No artistic training required — just an open mind
Guided meditation: Finding our centers and listening to our bodies while taking a trip through our imaginations
Sound bath: A delightful meditative sound immersion with singing bowls and more
Afternoon Restorative Yoga For All: An accessible practice to end our day on a warm note

What’s the cost?
If you want to participate, and you purchase early, you get two yoga classes, lunch, an art class, a sound bath, and a pelvic floor education session with takeaway exercises.

Danielle Day, Yoga Teacher
Danielle Day has taught yoga for more than 10 years at studios across Ontario. She is trained in Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga. When she is not teaching yoga, Danielle is raising her two girls and enjoying everything Georgian Bay has to offer. She also loves a good cup of coffee, rucking, and Korean food.

MJ Crawford, Sound Healer
MJ offers a transformative sound meditation session using a harmonious blend of instruments. With a deep understanding of vibration and energy, she creates an immersive experience designed to promote relaxation, balance and inner peace. Sound meditation connects you to your inner wisdom and vision, and is an excellent way to meet you where you are. Sound and silence will hold you and provide space for you to just Be.
MJ is a Certified Sound Practitioner and is also certified in Sound Therapy and Sound Healing. She became a Shamanic Practitioner in 2005 and a Reiki Master in 1998.

Meghan Lillie, Physiotherapist
Meghan Lillie is a registered Physiotherapist M.Sc.PT, B.Sc.Kin. She graduated from the University of Toronto with her master’s in physical therapy in 2007. She began her career in Barrie and later joined Huronia Physiotherapy and Chiropractic Clinic in 2012. She has continued her education with post-graduate courses in Manual Therapy (Level 1), Soft Tissue Release, Muscle Energy, Mulligan, APTEI, therapeutic taping, anatomical acupuncture and pelvic health physiotherapy. She has developed a passion for treating both women and men with pelvic floor dysfunction, and takes particular interest in working with athletes. Her treatment approach focuses on patient education and the development of a home treatment plan, manual therapy, active exercise, and various modalities to help her clients achieve their functional goals.
In her spare time, Meghan enjoys CrossFit, ball hockey, baseball, and spending time with her husband, Mike, and her children, Brody, and Maci.
